Nikola Dragić
Overview
Nikola Dragić is an attorney at Bojović Attorneys at Law, advising domestic and international clients on intellectual property, dispute resolution, technology law, and data protection across Serbia and Montenegro.
His work covers the full range of intellectual property matters, from trademark prosecution and copyright protection through to IP enforcement and licensing, as well as commercial litigation before Serbian and Montenegrin courts. Nikola regularly advises companies on structuring and protecting their intellectual property assets and represents clients in contentious matters across a broad range of commercial contexts. His technology law practice covers software licensing, data protection compliance, and the legal aspects of digital business models and online commercial activity.
Nikola holds an LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law with a specialisation in intellectual property and technology law, where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar. He has also passed the New York Bar Exam. This combination of international academic training and practical regional experience allows him to bring both a rigorous legal framework and a commercially grounded perspective to the matters he handles, an approach that is particularly valuable for technology companies and international clients operating in Serbia and Montenegro.
