Founded by Marija Bojović, the firm has developed over more than two decades into a full-service business law practice with a proven track record in corporate transactions, banking and finance, dispute resolution, and a broad range of commercial matters. We work with multinational companies, financial institutions, private investors, and domestic businesses — bringing senior-level expertise and direct partner involvement to every mandate we handle.
